ADAPTING REALITY
Roundtable moderated by Xavier Leherpeur
In a few words
From the responsibility of describing true lives and stories to the need to write a narrative appealing for audiences: How do we work on stories based on real life ?
What incompressible legal and ethical rules do we impose on ourselves when writing?
An article or essay is often a source of guaranteed background work, and a real foundation for a screenplay.
How does literary adaptation facilitate the transition of these stories to the screen?

Against the advice of her superiors, she joins forces with Malika, a seasoned DGSE analyst. Vincent, a major at the DGSI bureau in Lille, does all within his power to protect a new source and enable him to infiltrate the heart of French jihadism, despite the paranoia that reigns within the services.
