The management of professional accreditation, excluding press accreditation, is sub-contracted to FESTICINE.

The User data processed in this context is their surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, the name and address of the registered office of the company that employs them or that they represent, and their profession.

This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Département des Bouches-du-Rhône, for the selection of beneficiaries of professional accreditation and the performance of the professional accreditation sales contract accepted by the User.

This data is kept until the end of the festival at the latest, unless the nature of the request requires it to be kept for a longer period in accordance with regulations and the limitation period for any legal action.

  • Management of reservations

The reservation of tickets by Users for physical events is subcontracted to WEEZEVENT whose general conditions of use are accessible through the following link: https://weezevent.com/fr/cgus/ .

The personal data requested from the User in this context is their first name, last name, email, telephone number, postcode and age.

This data may be used to send useful information to the User, particularly in connection with his/her visit to the festival.

It will be kept until the end of the festival at the latest, unless the nature of the request requires it to be kept for a longer period in accordance with regulations and the limitation period for any legal action.

Recipients of the data

In all cases, the data collected is intended for the authorised departments of the Département des Bouches du Rhône and its service providers, subcontractors within the meaning of the RGPD, strictly insofar as they are required to meet the subcontracted purposes.

No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.

Security of personal data

Personal data collected and processed on the Site is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
