  • Management of the press accreditation and the press page

Press professionals can request accreditation by e-mail, which gives them access to the press page. The data processed for this purpose is the identity of the requester, his or her email address, the professional documentation, the account ID and any information that the requester chooses to communicate by email.

This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Bouches-du-Rhône Department, for the selection of accredited press professionals.

This data is kept until the end of the last edition of the festival.

  • Management of professional accreditations

Some Users, as professionals, are invited to provide information in order to apply for professional accreditation. This information includes their surname, first name, company, telephone number, e-mail address, company address, profession and professional biography.

This information is used to send the User useful information and news about the Festival.

This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Département des Bouches-du-Rhône, for the selection of beneficiaries of professional accreditation.

This data is kept securely until the end of the Festival, unless the nature of the request requires a longer retention period in accordance with regulations and the statute of limitations for any legal action.

Data collected as part of a request for professional accreditation is used to create a user account in the professional section and to assign an account identifier. This account allows the User to make appointments online.

This data is processed on the basis of the execution of the professional accreditation sales contract.

The data is kept until the end of the festival.

  • Management of reservations and payments

Ticket reservations for physical events are subcontracted to the Weezevent platform. The data requested from the User is his/her first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number, postal code, age, and any other information necessary for the reservation.

This data is kept in complete security by Weezevent, who informs the persons concerned in accordance with article 25 of the Weezevent GCU: https://weezevent.com/fr/cgus

This data may be used to send useful information to the User, notably in relation to his/her visit to the Festival, as well as news about the Festival. The User may at any time unsubscribe from these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link present on all Festival promotional communications.

Data Recipients

In all cases, the data collected is intended for the authorised divisions of the Departement of Bouches du Rhône and its service providers insofar as they are strictly required in order to fulfil subcontracted purposes.

Security of personal data

The personal data gathered and processed on the Website are protected by appropriate technical and organizational procedures in order to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risks.

User’s rights

The User of the Website is informed that he/she has a right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability (when applicable) and opposition on the data concerning him/her.
